Individual therapy—$165 for a 50 minute session.

I provide free 20 minute phone consultations to help you see if I am the right fit for you.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #14846) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. Many extended health plans cover sessions with an RCC. If you are a graduate student, you may have extended health coverage through your Graduate Student Society benefit plan, through a teaching union, or through an immediate family member. Please check with your provider for more information.

Fees can be paid by e-transfer, cash, or credit card through the Jane platform. I do not offer direct billing to insurance.
